When I was in my senior year of high school, I remember taking the family car in the early mornings – keys and a good book in hand – and heading towards the Bluffs, a great beach spot in east-end Toronto. I remember bonfires and summers by the water, and even introducing the Jibbers to them when we visited family a couple of years ago.

I remember only a few people would be there so early in the morning, the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. One of my most favourite ways to read a good book. Here is an a great article by Richard Louv, showing how libraries can connect children and nature. I love reading outdoors. And you, where do you like to curl up with a good book?
