Heh, I like it. Another thing they never really tell us (in America anyways) is that Columbus never really landed in the United States … they really gloss over that part. They just say he discovered America. Which I find interesting, because a lot of people don’t consider South America – or even other countries in North America – to be “America”.
Coming from Canada, I here ya! We really need to revisit history, and one of the books that I enjoyed was Howard Zinn’s, A People’s History of the United States. Have you heard of it? Also, thank you for taking the time to comment.
I had not, but it seems like a worth-while read. I will look for it at my library!
