A stunning, powerful tribute to the survivors of bullying.

“The internet is a powerful tool for communication, but it can sometimes be a double-edged sword. As most of us have seen or experienced, the internet can bring out the worst behavior in people, highlighting some of the cruelest and most hurtful aspects of humanity. Issues such as bullying online and trolling have garnered a lot of attention recently, prompting questions about who does, and should, regulate the internet, and what free speech means online.”

Understanding Justice

“Accommodations such as having a test read to a child, having notes printed for someone with dysgraphia, having extra time on a test, a requirement that a child not have to read in front of the class…..these are all ACCOMMODATIONS. These are free. They are not a crutch and they don’t give the child an “unfair advantage.” Would you strip a child of glasses or hearing aids because other children don’t have them? Accommodations are not about making our lives easier. They are about providing justice for a child. Providing the opportunity to feel successful. Doesn’t every child deserve that chance?”

Eloquently put by the  Dyslexia Project.
